§ 6.11. Publication, repeal, and amendment.

Initiative ordinances adopted by the city commission and referendum ordinances approved by the electors shall be published and may be amended or repealed by the city commission as provided for other ordinances; provided, within six (6) months from adoption or approval, no such ordinance shall be amended in substance or repealed other than by unanimous vote of the membership of the city commission (five votes) or by referendum.
