§ 6.10. Results of election.

Latest version.

Any ordinance proposed by initiative shall become an ordinance of the city if approved by a majority of the electors voting, and become effective on the tenth day after certification of the election returns. If multiple referred ordinances are approved by the electors at the same election, the one receiving the greatest number of affirmative votes shall prevail to the extent of any conflict between such ordinances.
