Beginning at the intersection of the centerline of the F.E.C. Railroad and Okeechobee Boulevard, then west along the centerline of Okeechobee Boulevard to its intersection with the centerline of Interstate 95, then northerly along the centerline of Interstate 95 to its intersection with the north section line of Section 18, Township 43 South, Range 43 East; then west along said section line to its intersection with the centerline of Village Boulevard, then southwesterly along the centerline of Village Boulevard to its intersection with Shenandoah Boulevard, then westerly along the centerline of Shenandoah Boulevard to its intersection of the City Corporate Limits Boundary, then south along the westerly City Corporate Limits Boundary to its intersection with the centerline of El Prado, then easterly along the centerline of El Prado to its intersection with the centerline of Lake Avenue, then south along the centerline of Lake Avenue to its intersection of the centerline of Hollywood Place, then east along the centerline of Hollywood Place to its intersection with the centerline of Monroe Street, then east along the centerline of Monroe Street to its intersection with the centerline of the Intracoastal Waterway, then north along the centerline of the Intracoastal Waterway to the easterly extension of the centerline of Pershing Way, then west along the centerline of Pershing Way to its intersection with the centerline of the F.E.C. Railroad, then north along the centerline of the F.E.C. Railroad, to its intersection with the centerline of the Okeechobee Boulevard, the point of beginning.
