§ 4.02. Establishment of appropriations and of amount of property tax.

Latest version.

For each fiscal year, the several amounts identified in the budget as proposed expenditures shall be appropriated to the several named objectives and purposes. The amount to be raised by property tax for the purposes stated in the budget shall constitute a determination of the total amount of this levy for city purposes in the ensuing tax year.
