§ 90-94. Application.

  • (a)

    Irrigation. The conservation measures set forth in this division apply to landscape irrigation.

    (b)

    The conservation measures in this division apply to all landscape irrigation users, including any person, individual, firm association, organization, partnership, business trust, corporation, company agent, employee or other legal entity, whether natural or artificial, the United States of America, and the State and all political subdivisions regions districts and public agencies, which directly or indirectly take water from public or private utility systems, use water use permits issued by the South Florida Water Management District or use water from individual wells or pumps.

    (c)

    The conservation measures set forth in this division apply to all water sources, except the use of reclaimed water.

    (d)

    Water shortage declaration . Any restrictions or other measures declared during a water shortage, by the South Florida Water Management District or by order of the district's board or executive director, or by the city commission or by order of the mayor, which are more restrictive than a measure contained in this division shall supersede these regulations for the duration of the applicable water shortage declaration.
