§ 90-53. Dumping of trash, garbage, etc., in and around water supply area prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to dump lawn trash, garbage, debris, petroleum products, sewage water, stormwater, swimming pool discharge, fertilizers, herbicides, pesticides, or any other filth or contaminating substance, or to cause such material or substances to be deposited into the public water supply area of this city, or upon the publicly owned lands adjacent to the water supply area of this city. The term "contaminating substance" shall be deemed to include any hazardous substance as such term is defined by F.S. ch. 501.
