§ 86-294. Lighting and maintenance required.
Any parking lots or garages located within the downtown master plan area must provide adequate lighting between the hours of sunset and dawn. Such lighting shall comply with the lux and candle power requirements contained in Table 1 which is attached to this division as Exhibit "A." Such lots or garages shall be regularly maintained so that they appear clean and free from trash or debris at all times.
