§ 86-223. Parking not to obstruct traffic.

No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than ten feet of width of the roadway for free movement of vehicular traffic. Where streets are not completely paved or curbs provided, the parking of a car shall be in such a manner as not to obstruct the free movement of traffic.
