§ 86-202. Accounting for program revenues and expenditures.

All revenue received, collected and derived from traffic infraction detectors in the city, as allowed by general law, shall be utilized for transportation, traffic enforcement, police training and education, public awareness programs for DUI and speeding enforcement/abatement, traffic control devices, administrative or personnel costs associated with this program, as set forth in the annual budget estimate and appropriation resolution of the city.
