§ 86-196. "No through traffic" streets; definition; designations.

  • (a)

    Definition. For the purposes of this section, the term "no though traffic street" means a street which may be lawfully entered by vehicular traffic only by those persons whose destination of travel is either located on such street or on an intersecting street which may only be accessed by such street. When so designated by ordinance of the city commission, such streets shall be posted by the city with signs reading "NO THRU TRAFFIC" so as to advise the public of this regulation of traffic.

    (b)

    Streets designated. The following streets are designated as "no through traffic" streets:

    Embassy Drive as dedicated in the plat PRESIDENT COUNTRY CLUB PLAT IV, recorded in the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida at Plat Book 31, pages 107—112 inclusive.
