§ 86-188. Truck route established; official truck route map.

(a)

The truck route of the city, as shown on the official truck route map, attached hereto and made a part hereof, together with all explanatory matter thereon, be and such map is adopted as the official truck route of the city. Such map shall be identified by the signature of the mayor, attested by the city clerk, and bearing the seal of the city under the following words:

"This is to certify that this is the Official Truck Route Map referred to in section 86-188 of The Code of the City of West Palm Beach, Florida."

together with the date of the adoption thereof.

(b)

If, in accordance with the provisions of this division and applicable statutes, changes are made in the official truck route map, such changes shall be made thereon promptly after the amendment has been approved by the city commission, together with an entry on such map, as follows:

"On (date), by official action of the City Commission, the following change (changes) was (were) made in the Official Truck Route Map: (brief description of nature of change)."

which entry shall be signed by the mayor and attested by the city clerk.
