§ 86-167. Restricted direction of movement on streets during certain periods.

Upon designated streets, parts of streets or specified lanes thereof upon which vehicular traffic is directed to proceed in one direction during one period and the opposite direction during another period of the day and where appropriate markings, signs, barriers or other devices have been erected and are maintained, it shall be unlawful for any person to operate a vehicle in violation of such markings, signs, barriers and other devices placed in accordance with this section.
