§ 86-68. Authority to erect signs where parking prohibited or limited.

Whenever, by this chapter or any other ordinance of this city, parking time limits are imposed or parking is prohibited on designated streets, the city traffic engineer is authorized to erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof. These restrictions may apply to certain streets or places at all times or to certain streets or places at certain times.
