§ 86-58. Authority to prohibit or restrict stopping, standing or parking.

The traffic engineer is authorized to prohibit or restrict the stopping, standing or parking of vehicles on any street of this city and to erect signs giving notice thereof, if, in his opinion, such stopping, standing or parking of vehicles interferes with the movement of traffic thereon. Such signs shall be official signs, and no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle in violation of the signs.
