§ 82-107. Notice of approval to the property appraiser.

Upon the receipt of a certified copy of the recorded restrictive covenant by the historic preservation planner, the preservation planner shall transmit a copy of the approved final application/request for review of completed work, the exemption covenant and the resolution of the city commission approving the final application and authorizing the tax exemption to the county property appraiser.
