§ 82-106. Completion of work.

(a)

An applicant must complete all work within two years following the date of approval of a part 1, preconstruction application by the historic preservation planner or historic preservation board. A preconstruction application shall be automatically revoked if the property owner has not submitted a final application request for review of completed work within two years following the date of approval of the preconstruction application.

(b)

The historic preservation board, upon the recommendation of the historic preservation planner, may extend the time for completion of a substantial improvement in accordance with the procedures of the city's building code.
