§ 82-63. Disposition of revenue from tax.

All funds received by the city under the provisions of F.S. § 175.101 shall be paid immediately over into the city's firefighter's relief and pension fund and shall not be commingled with any other fund of the city. All funds and securities of the firefighters's relief and pension fund shall be deposited with the cash management coordinator who shall keep the funds and securities in a separate fund and shall hold, invest and disburse the funds and securities only in accordance with the provisions of such section.
