§ 78-493. Application; fees and bond.

(a)

Application period. Applications for parklet permits will be accepted by the city during a two-week period each calendar year.

(b)

Application form. An application for a parklet permit shall be submitted to the planning division on forms approved by the division. The application shall clearly identify the desired parklet location. An application shall not be considered complete for review if the application does not contain all information required by the application or is not accompanied by the appropriate fees.

(c)

Fees. The application shall be accompanied by the appropriate fees, including the parklet application fee and the site location review fee.

(d)

[Review.] Applications shall be reviewed for compliance with city ordinances.
