§ 78-492. Parklet permits.
(a)
Permit required. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a parklet on any public right-of-way without obtaining a parklet permit as required by this article. Parklets shall only be permitted as set forth in this article.
(b)
Conditional. A parklet permit is conditional at all times and may be suspended, revoked or cancelled by the city prior to expiration of the permit term.
(c)
Permit term. The term of a permit shall not exceed two years. In the event a parklet location becomes available prior to expiration of the permit term, the city may accept applications for such location in accordance with this article, and the term of any permit issued for such location shall be only for the remainder of the original two-year term.
