§ 78-439. Registration of contractors and operators.

Any contractor, utility, or operator which furnishes or transports services or materials by means of an underground facility, and which performs identification and marking of such underground facilities on public rights-of-way, must be registered with the engineering services department and provide a point of contact for questions regarding such markings.
