§ 78-430. Notice required to be given.

Every person or entity that will obstruct or cause to be obstructed any street, sidewalk, or other right-of-way within the city shall notify the engineering services department of such obstruction 30 days prior to the date of obstruction, or if such 30-day notice cannot reasonably be provided, as soon as such notice can be reasonably provided. There shall be no fee associated with this provision of notice.
