§ 78-245. Expansion criteria for paid daily publications.

The modular newsrack provider is not responsible for providing any modular newrack or newsrack part for any single-unit two-compartment modular newrack that exceeds the verified total of newracks already provided by the modular newsrack provider. Publishers of paid, daily publication who want to install a single-unit two-compartment modular newrack that exceeds their verified number will be responsible for the full cost of such modular newsrack. The publishers of any paid, daily publication will purchase, and the modular newsrack provider will permit, install and insure all newsracks in excess of the verified total. The modular newsrack provider will perform all maintenance on such newracks.
