§ 78-159. Revocation of special event permits and special event advertising permits.

  • A special event permit or special event advertising permit may be revoked by the mayor for failure of the special permit holder to comply with any of the provisions of this article or any other local, state or federal law governing the event. A special event permit or special event advertising permit may also be revoked by the mayor if such revocation is in the best interest of the city based on emergency, disorder or other unforeseen condition. Special event advertising shall be removed immediately upon the direction of the mayor in the event of noncompliance with this article or based on emergency, disorder or other unforeseen condition.
