§ 78-313. Municipal cable system ownership authorized.

(a)

To the full extent permitted by law, the city may acquire, construct, own and/or operate a cable system.

(b)

Nothing in this article shall be construed to limit or expand in any way the ability or authority of the city to acquire, construct, own and/or operate a cable system to the full extent permitted by law.
