§ 74-139. Violations; enforcement; revocation of permits.

(a)

Owners and/or occupants of property contractors that contract the services of a grease hauler that is not on the permitted grease hauler list shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of this article.

(b)

Violations of this article shall be enforceable pursuant to article IV of this chapter, section 1-13 and chapter 26 of this code and F.S. ch. 162.
