§ 74-129. Violations; enforcement; revocation of permits.

(a)

Owners and/or occupants of property and/or building contractors that contract the services of non-franchised commercial collection service operators shall be deemed to have violated the provisions of this article.

(b)

Violations of this article shall be enforceable pursuant to article IV of this chapter and F.S. ch. 162.

(c)

Notwithstanding subsection (b) of this section, the removal and disposal of construction debris and materials by an entity other than a city-franchised commercial collection service, or the removal and disposal of roofing or demolition debris in violation of this article, may result in the building official's revocation of building permits issued for the construction, demolition or remodeling of any structure.
