Commercial garbage and refuse shall be collected at least twice per week for multifamily residences, or establishments with food facilities. For those commercial establishments permitted to use residential containers, garbage and refuse shall be collected twice a week.

Commercial yard and garden wastes are not scheduled for any collection and disposal, but may be collected by special collection and disposal for a fee at the request of the commercial establishment.
