§ 6-3. Alcohol as accessory use.

  • Establishments with alcohol as an accessory use shall provide the city with an affidavit affirming that the sale of alcohol to patrons on the premises shall not be the primary business of the establishment. Establishments with alcohol as an accessory use shall not be subject to the location requirements of section 6-2; however, an establishment with alcohol as an accessory use shall not convert to an alcoholic beverage establishment without first complying with the location requirements of section 6-2.
