§ 6-14. Injunctive relief.

In addition to the enforcement procedures provided for in this chapter, establishments dealing in alcoholic beverages not in conformity with these requirements shall be subject to the appropriate civil action in the court of appropriate jurisdiction. The city may sue any person or entity found to be in violation of this chapter to enjoin, either temporarily or permanently, any of the activities prohibited by this chapter.
