§ 6-11. Existing nonconforming uses.

  • (a)

    "Existing" establishments dealing in alcoholic beverages shall be defined as those establishments which, as of the effective date of Ordinance No. 3192-98, are licensed by the county as an adult entertainment establishment, pursuant to the county adult entertainment code.

    (b)

    Existing establishments dealing in alcoholic beverages shall be permitted to continue to operate pursuant to section 17-182 of the county adult entertainment code, as it relates to establishments allowing alcoholic beverages.

    (c)

    Existing establishments dealing in alcoholic beverages shall be deemed legal nonconforming uses and allowed to exist until the nonconforming use expires. However, such legal nonconforming uses shall be subject to the provisions and regulations of chapter 94, article XVI, of this Code regarding the regulation of nonconforming uses.
