§ 66-182. Vendor registration.

The procurement official may require vendors to register by an electronic registration process. The procurement official may charge vendors a nominal fee to defray the cost of registration. Once electronic vendor registration is created, the procurement official may charge a fee to those vendors who do not register electronically. Such fee may be structured to encourage vendors to do business electronically.
