§ 66-126. Additional penalties.

(a)

Voidable transactions; recovery by the city. A violation of this code by any respondent may render a contract or selection under a procurement solicitation voidable by the mayor. In such event, the city shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any penalty prescribed by law or in a contract, the amount expended or the thing being transferred or delivered on its behalf, or the reasonable value thereof.

(b)

Prohibition from serving on selection committee. Any person who violates this code shall be prohibited from serving on a city selection committee.

(c)

Violation by city employee. Any city employee who violates this code shall be subject to discipline, up to and including termination of employment.
