§ 66-122. Authority to suspend or debar.

(a)

The procurement official shall have the authority to suspend or debar a person or entity from participation in procurement for the city.

(b)

The procurement official shall issue a written decision of suspension or debarment to the person or entity involved. A copy of the decision shall be mailed or otherwise delivered immediately to the person or entity suspended or debarred.
