§ 66-92. Contracts not enforceable against the city unless duly authorized and executed by parties.

Latest version.

No procurement contract, or any contract amendment, may be enforced against the city unless:
(1)

The contracting party is in compliance with this chapter; and

(2)

The contract or contract amendment is in writing and duly executed by the parties in accordance with law.
