§ 66-61. Small purchase.

(a)

Definition. The term "small purchase" means any procurement not exceeding $50,000.00 for goods and services and $100,000.00 for construction.

(b)

Procedure. Small purchases shall be made according to the procedures established by the procurement official in accordance with section 66-32.

(c)

Small purchase records. The names of the businesses submitting quotations and the date and amount of each quotation shall be recorded and maintained as a public record.
