§ 66-13. Face of the city.

Procurement involving projects or improvements that will change the face of the city requires city commission approval of the design. Such approval shall be obtained prior to expending funds for construction of the face of the city improvements. Procurement for an architect, engineer, or other design consultant who will prepare a face of the city design shall not require city commission approval prior to initiating the procurement, provided all other authority to procure is established.
