§ 66-1. Repeal of ordinances.

Latest version.

All prior procurement ordinances are hereby repealed. Provided, however, that Ordinance No. 3776-04, as amended, shall govern all procurement in process prior to the effective date of this ordinance [Ordinance No. 4292-10].
