§ 58-146. Annual report.

  • The golf course advisory committee shall prepare and deliver an annual report to the mayor and city commission regarding golf course operations, course fees, tournaments, rules and regulations, annual budget and capital improvements. When practical, the annual report should be presented at least 90 days prior to the fiscal year end, to address the proposed budget for the next fiscal year. The annual report shall be presented to the city commission at a public meeting.
