§ 58-145. Meetings.

(a)

The golf course advisory committee shall meet quarterly with golf course management to receive status reports and make recommendations regarding the annual budget, course fees, tournaments, rules and regulations, capital improvements and operations. The city commission liaison and the director of parks and recreation shall be invited to such meetings.

(b)

All meetings shall be open to the public. The committee shall keep a record of its discussions and recommendations. All records of meetings shall be public records and available from the parks and recreation department.
