§ 58-143. Organization.

(a)

The golf course advisory committee shall elect a chair, vice-chair and secretary. The chair shall call meetings as necessary and shall preside at its meetings. The committee may formulate rules, regulations and procedures for the conduct of its business.

(b)

The director of parks and recreation may participate in all golf course advisory committee meetings, but shall not serve as a member of the committee.

(c)

A city commissioner shall be appointed to serve as liaison between the golf course advisory committee and the city commission.
