§ 58-140. Yearly payments; insurance requirements.

  • (a)

    Yearly payments. The golf commission shall remit to the city a yearly sum of money as payment in lieu of taxes and for administrative services rendered by the city. The yearly sum of money to be remitted by the golf commission to the city shall be determined by the parties yearly during the budget process.

    (b)

    Insurance provisions. On any insurance or liability policies maintained by the golf commission, the golf commission shall name the city as an additional insured party.
