§ 58-48. Organization.

(a)

The parks and recreation advisory committee shall elect a chair and vice-chair to preside at its meetings and any other officers as the parks and recreation advisory committee may deem necessary. The chair shall be the official spokesperson for the parks and recreation advisory committee and the formal liaison between the parks and recreation advisory committee and the city commission.

(b)

The parks and recreation advisory committee shall formulate rules and regulations for the conduct of its business.
