§ 54-407. Abatement of chronic nuisances; provision of services; apportionment.

(a)

Abatement by city. The city may abate chronic nuisances on real property by providing chronic nuisance services to curtail or eliminate the re-occurrence of nuisance activities. The costs of such chronic nuisance services shall be billed to the property owner in accordance with section 54-408 and such costs may be collected by the city by any legal means.

(b)

Apportionment . Chronic nuisance service costs shall be entirely apportioned to the assessed real property receiving the chronic nuisance service.
