§ 54-206. Unclaimed vehicles.

Any motor vehicle that is not reclaimed within 60 days from the date of the order of the special magistrate or alternate special magistrate of the city subjecting the owner of the motor vehicle to an administrative civil penalty of $500.00 pursuant to section 54-202, becomes unclaimed evidence pursuant to F.S. § 705.101(6). Such unclaimed vehicle shall then be disposed of by the city pursuant to F.S. § 705.105.
