§ 54-205. Appeal.

The owner of the motor vehicle that has been the subject of a seizure and impoundment pursuant to sections 54-201 and 54-202 of the city may appeal the rulings and decisions of the special magistrate or the alternate special magistrate of the city to the circuit court of fifteenth judicial circuit of the county within 30 days of the date of the order being appealed. The city may charge a reasonable fee for preparation of the record for purposes of making the appeal.
