§ 54-293. Fishing prohibited at certain times and locations on public property.
(a)
It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the waters of Lake Worth at the following locations and times:
(1)
Poinsettia Park and Gettler Park between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day.
(2)
Between Currie Park and Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day.
(3)
Between Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard and the Flagler Memorial Bridge between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. following day.
(4)
Between Flagler Memorial Bridge and the easterly extension of Evernia Street between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day.
(5)
Between the easterly extension of Evernia Street and the easterly extension of Tanglewood Court at all times.
(6)
Between the easterly extension of Tanglewood Court and Royal Park Bridge between 11:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. the following day.
(7)
Between Royal Park Bridge and George Petty Park between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day.
(8)
Between and including George Petty Park to the easterly extension of Greenwood Road at all times.
(9)
Between the easterly extension of Greenwood Road and Southern Boulevard between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day.
(10)
South of Southern Boulevard between 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. the following day.
(b)
It shall be unlawful for any person to fish in the waters within Howard Park and Dreher Park from sundown to sunrise the following day.
