§ 54-88. Anti-graffiti trust fund.

The city commission hereby creates the city anti-graffiti trust fund. Fines and penalties against violators of this division shall be placed in the fund. The city commission shall direct expenditures of monies from the fund for the purposes of payment of the cost of graffiti removal as well as the costs of administering this division and for such other public purpose as may be approved by resolution of the city commission.
