§ 50-37. Meeting; reports.

  • (a)

    The library advisory board shall meet at least once monthly on a regular basis which date shall be established by its members. The library advisory board may hold special meetings at the direction of its chair upon 24-hour notice.

    (b)

    All meetings shall be open to the public, and the order of business and procedure to be followed shall be as prescribed within the rules and regulations to be adopted by the library advisory board.

    (c)

    The library advisory board shall file an annual "State of the Library" report with the city commission so that it will be reviewed during the month of May, thus affording time to address the work program and budget of the city for the following fiscal year.
