§ 50-4. Nonpayment of library fines or failure to return materials a municipal ordinance violation.

Any person who shall borrow any material from the public library with the authority of the library director and who shall fail to return such material to the library director or who shall fail to pay any fine due, as provided by the rules of the library director, shall be deemed to have committed a violation of this Code and shall be subject to the penalties contained in section 1-13.
