§ 46-40. Notice of violation; hearing; enforcement through special magistrate.
The city may initiate an action before the special magistrate of the city to obtain compliance with this article and payment of service charges assessed by the city pursuant to section 46-36. The special magistrate shall have the authority to place a lien against the property served by a burglar alarm in the amount of all assessed service charges. The procedures for such notice and hearing shall be as provided in sections 26-33 and 26-36 and chapter 26, article III, of this Code.
